Entering and Leaving the Field

• PLEASE KEEP BARKING AND NOISE TO AN ABSOLUTE MINIMUM TO RESPECT OUR NEIGHBOURS

• Please note this is not a secure dog walking field, all dogs must be under control.

• It is the responsibility of those using the field to book a slot which allows enough time to unload their animals, use the field and get them back into their vehicles afterwards within their time slot. 

• Please do not arrive any earlier than 5 minutes before your session start time.

• Please do not leave the double access (first gate) open when you drive through. Put the padlock back on the gate so it is not lost. 

• Dogs must be kept on leads until safely inside the secure field boundary and the gate closed.

• Children are welcome must be supervised by an adult at all times.

• Please do not climb on any of the equipment, fencing or gates.

• Please put all equipment back as you found it, do not leave any equipment out in the elements. 

• Please securely lock both gates and the shed when finishing your session using the chains and padlocks.

• Please let us know if there is any damage or missing equipment. We will attempt to rectify this as soon as we can.

• It is recommended that the contact equipment which is height adjustable is not adjusted but if you would like to lower them any chnges are at your own risk and Monmouth Agility Hire cannot be held responsible for any potential damages and/or injuries. If you do adjust the heights please return them to full height when your session has ended.

• Any breakages or damage to the field will be paid for by the dog owner.

• Field users do so at their own risk. No responsibility can be taken for any incidents within the field.

• Vehicles and contents are left at their owners risk.

• Please take your rubbish home with you

• There is a bin by the first main entrance gate to dispose of dog waste

• DO NOT leave dogs in cars on hot days

• Failure to adhere to any of these conditions may lead to all future bookings being cancelled.

Cancellation Policy

• No extension is allowed for late arrival to the field.

• No refunds are given for no show to session booking.

• We reserve the right to close the field at any time, for which a full refund will be given. Cancellation will be notified to the field user/booker.

• Field users do so at their own risk. No responsibility can be taken for any incidents within the field

Free Parking

• There is ample parking next to the secure field and also hardcore.

• If the field is wet it is advised to park on the hardcore which leads from the first main gate to the disused gate on the right hand side. 

• All vehicles and contents are left entirely at the owners risk
